If you're on your own journey to figure yourself out, I would definitely recommend any of the books I list below as I've personally read them and found a lot of insight that has helped me. Some of my suggestions may apply to you, some of them may not.
This isn't so much a "required reading" thing as it is a "hey if this can help you too, by all means take the info and run with it!" I think that knowledge and self reflection are some of the best tools you can use to try to reframe your world view and help make your nest (or home base, room, etc... whatever you personally choose to call your corner of the world) a more accommodating and helpful place for you to rest and recharge.
I may end up posting more in-depth reviews, personal thoughts, and reflections about the books to my blog later on down the road, but for now, I mostly want to get this list published so other people can see it at least. :)
Note: I have included Amazon links to all the books, however if you are able to find the books at your local book store please support them! Local bookstores deserve all the love in the world! I am also not sponsored by Amazon and I make no money off of these links, I just think these books are awesome and want other people to be able to read them too!
